POLICY:
2385801 Alberta LTD. (Operating as Carstairs Body Lab) does not book ANYONE without a $50 deposit. This deposit is NON-refundable and will be credited towards your treatment once treatment is complete.

You can etransfer your deposit to carstsirsbodylab@shaw.ca

Alternatively you can pay your deposit by credit by calling (403)796-5546 or debit if you have a consultation prior to your first treatment.

Once deposit is received, there will be confirmation & instructions prior to your first appointment.

Cancellations need to be done 24 hours prior to treatment, but will make exceptions person to person. If you are going to be late please call (403)796-5546 and let me know. 15 minutes after treatment is scheduled with no call will be considered a no show.

No shows automatically FORFEIT deposit.

Here at Carstairs Body Lab we ALWAYS suggest trying a session to see how YOUR body will respond to a treatment. If after your first treatment you wish to proceed with a package, it will be customized to your individual need. This allows the client to purchase with confidence. As well to be fully aware of the processes and expectations including aftercare for each treatment for maximum results.

• BONUS - Your first session paid will be credited towards your package price.

My guarantee to you if purchasing laser packages,  is that should you need more than 5 sessions to achieve desired result, anything after your 5th session will ALWAYS be 50% off regular price.

However in some cases that begins with ME and ends with YOU. Just as much as it’s my responsibility to make sure your treatment is done with the highest efficacy & education post treatment,  it is your responsibility to do any of the required home care to maximize your results. Refunds will NOT be given if post care isn’t followed.

Accountability outside of Carstairs Body Lab is the responsibility of the client and we are here to not only help, but guide you with any questions or concerna.

The progress of our clients matter as we wholeheartedly put our time and effort into each treatment.
